• Intermediate layer (Viscoelastic - thickness 4cm): Shape memory foam. Relieves pressure points. Density: 45 kg/m3. Comfort: 1.7 kPa.
• Support (Polyether - thickness 15cm) : Density: 28 kg/m3. Comfort: 4 kPa.
• Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 label.​

Slipcover :

• Removable in 2 parts.
• Taut stretch fabric : 99% polyester and 1% elastane (370 gr/m2).
• Non-slip bottom : 87% polyester and 13% polypropylene (190 gr/m2).

New "RP" foams (Roll-Packed).
Traditional foams suffer when they are compressed-rolled.
To ensure impeccable quality of its mattresses, Carpenter has created a new range of "RP" foams, specially designed to withstand compressions, while keeping their essential qualities of flexibility and durability.

To facilitate handling, your mattresses are delivered in Roll-Packed packaging.

The mattresses must be unrolled within 3 months after manufacture, they will resume their shape in 72 hours.
If you don't want your mattresses to be put into service immediately, no problem!
All you have to do is remove the first package, while keeping the second for the duration of storage.

The widths, lengths and heights of the mattresses are expressed in finished dimensions, overall, covers included and before packaging. The tolerances are + or - 2 cm on the width side as the length side, and + or -1 cm for the height (or 10% taking the smaller value).

For orders with large quantities of removable foam mattresses, do not hesitate to contact us for a preferential rate.

Delivery not accessible by semi-trailer: supplement of €100 excluding tax.
